History of the Village Hall
The Village Hall was opened in Head Street in May 1937.
The land was donated by a local farmer and a remarkable number of groups within
the village and several national organisations worked together to fund and

In 2018 the committee decided it was
time to upgrade the entrance hall to include new toilet facilities, clockrooms and
a wider entrance. A short video was made as part of the fundraising activities
